1. How do I create an account on GetGames?
You can register using either:
GetGames Sign-Up: Go here Register here. fill out the form with your name, email address, and password. Verify via OTP and email.Once set up, you can manage personal details, addresses, and order tracking.
2. What is a pre-order and why should I place one?
A pre-order lets you purchase a product before its release in India to ensure availability and unlock exclusive bonuses.
3. What is the Preorder Price Guarantee?
- If the price drops after you pre-order, you will be refunded the difference.
- If the price increases, you won't pay more.
- Bonuses announced after your order will still be included.
4. What are the available modes of payment?

5. Why is COD not available on some products?
COD is not available on pre-orders, but it is available on other in-stock items.
6. What if my card payment failed but money was deducted?
If payment was received, your order will be confirmed. If not, the payment gateway should refund the amount within 2-3 working days. Contact your bank if not resolved.
7. When will I receive my order?
Delivery time is 1-2 days for metro cities (software), 3-4 days for hardware. Non-metro may take longer. You'll receive tracking via SMS and email.
8. How can I view my order history?

10. How do I cancel my order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled 3-4 days before release. Regular orders can be cancelled before shipping. Digital orders cannot be cancelled.
11. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds take 7-8 working days after item return. If issues arise, customer care will contact you.
12. How will I receive my refund?
The refund will go to the original payment method within 2-3 working days. You’ll get an email confirmation.
13. Where is my digital code?
It will be emailed to your registered address. Check your spam/junk folders. If not found, contact support@getgames.in with your order ID.
14. How do I redeem digital codes?
Follow platform-specific instructions (PSN, Xbox, Steam, Epic Games, Uplay, Rockstar) provided during purchase or visit the platform’s website.
15. My digital code doesn’t work. What should I do?
- Double-check the code for typos
- Make sure you're redeeming on the correct region/platform
- PSN codes work only on Indian accounts
16. Are digital codes region-locked?
Yes, all digital codes sold by GetGames are locked for use in India only.
17. What is your refund policy for digital orders?
Digital codes are non-refundable after delivery. In case of unprocessed transactions, refunds are possible to the original payment method.
